This week we hang out at NBT “Studio B” and sit fireside with Daniel Del Grande, owner/brewer of [ Bison Brewing Company ], while tasting his delicious Chocolate Stout.
All of Daniel’s beers are organic, and his brewing methods are sustainable and environmentally friendly, so we honor that by pairing the beer with a selection of gourmet and organic items that all would make for a great party with friends.
