This week we attempt to bring harmony to a fractured world with Dogfish Head Craft Brewed Ale’s Pangaea. A beer made from ingredients from every continent on the planet .. even Antarctica.

Designed to grace your holiday table this is a complex, full-bodied beer that starts off with a hint of ginger and then goes places you can’t even imagine. We paired this beer with a plate of rainbow sashimi and the flavors exploded. It was awesome!
We also get to meet Yvonne, who has been helping NBT in the background for so long, and Stephen hates punk rock, but can’t decide how he feels about Belgian Tripels.
